Because all clay by ky items are handmade to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at claybyky@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing your order.
